Hi everyone, my name is Camila and I'm a born and raised Venezuelan. Four years ago I left my country because of the political and economic crisis it is undergoing. Thanks to some financial aid I was able to come to the U.S to study my undergrad. And since then, I haven't been able to reunite with my mom nor my Venezuelan family again. Saving money in Venezuela is nearly impossible nowadays since life has become so expensive and my mom as a school teacher doesn't earn too much. On the other hand, as a student I haven't been able to save enough for a 1200$ ticket to Venezuela. I miss her and my family so much that I'd love to surprise them on Christmas. If you please may help me to make this dream possible I will be eternally grateful.
