My Travel Story

For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt called to go on a mission trip. But between endless softball seasons and the demanding journey of becoming a doctor, I haven’t been able to say yes… until now.
God cleared the path.
When a girls’ trip I planned was unexpectedly canceled, instead of being disappointed, I felt something shift. I believe this is God making space, rearranging my schedule, so I could say yes to something bigger than myself.

Recently, I’ve been pouring into others in small ways: volunteering at the Salt Wagon Clinic (my school’s free clinic), serving at my church (Legacy Nashville), and even leading devotionals for a local high softball team (#GoGallatinHigh!). These experiences have refilled my cup and deepened my desire to give back on a global level.
Now I’ve been invited to join a week-long medical mission trip to Zambia, offering care to underserved communities. The total cost is $3,000, and as a full-time med student, I’m budgeting hard—but I need your help.
