My Travel Story

Hi, I am a pediatric occupational therapist from Taiwan. I have helped many children with developmental delays for several years.

There are many reasons behind children's behaviors, and I dedicated myself to teaching caregivers and teachers to look at children from different aspects instead of labeling them as "bad" or "mischievous" first. Comfortingly, caregivers and teachers found they could guide and insist children to solve the problem more easily.

Although I am good at my work, I still want to complement my knowledge of occupational therapy to provide patients with better interventions. To achieve this goal, I decided to pursue an occupational therapy master’s program at New York University.

Now, I am an incoming graduate student of NYU. However, the high tuition fees stress me out and almost stop me from pursuing my dream. Therefore, I really need you guys to help me with it.

I really want to learn more knowledge from an advanced country like the U.S and contribute my knowledge to Taiwan and help people in need.

    This ADHD child could not classify the color and could not put the spin in a line when the first time I met him. After my intervention for several weeks, he did it!!!

  • Activities Of Daily Life Training

    Activities of daily life training
    It seems easy to brush the teeth, however, it might be difficult for some autistic children. I let these children to accommodate the brush in their mouth and teach them the steps of brushing the teeth.

    I feel so happy that they hate brushing the teeth at first and they become loving brushing the teeth in the end!!
