My Travel Story

It has been my dream for quite some time now to travel and do volunteer work. I deal with a lot of anxiety when I am in the workplace. This has often lead me to quit many jobs. Many people think Im foolish for doing so, and I probably am, but the anxiety just becomes to much to bear. This is why I have a strong belief in that we should all have the freedom to work our own hours and on our own terms. I believe that everyone should have the freedom to work for themselves and be their own boss. I think that completing the TEFL Diploma that I want so badly will equip me to finally be able to achieve the work freedom that I'm constantly pulling my hairs out about on a daily basis.

I am currently unemployed but I have promised myself that my next job will be one where I am working for myself. I want to travel the world and experience different cultures. I want to do volunteer work for the rest of my life. I'm 27 years old now and I don't want to wait any longer. I want to help people. I know very well that the countries I want to visit and lend a helping hand to are very much capable of helping themselves. I simply want to help because it is in my nature and it makes me happy to see others happy. I intend to teach online, because this will allow me to teach from anywhere in the world. I also intend to do volunteer work through a WorkAway Member ship. This way my only expenses will be travel expenses.
