Hello everyone,

My name is Maroua, and I am volunteering at Shanti Bhavan in India—a world-renowned project dedicated to breaking the cycle of systemic poverty through 17 years of high-quality education and emotional support for children from the most disadvantaged backgrounds.

This opportunity is more than just a trip; it is a commitment. Shanti Bhavan’s mission (featured in the documentary Daughters of Destiny) aligns perfectly with my belief that education is the most powerful tool for social change. I am ready to bring my energy and skills to Tamil Nadu to support these incredible students as they prepare to become the future leaders of their communities.
