My Travel Story

I am getting my masters in Speech-Language Pathology with a deaf/hh certificate. I have the opportunity to travel to Europe and explore Paris and Versailles through Hands-on Travel. Then, head to the Belgian city of Brussels and Bruges with visits to the historic buildings, European Union for the Deaf, Deaf School of Kasterlinden, and more. Local Deaf Parisians and Flemings will guide the trip in sign language. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand my sign language skills and learn about deaf culture and history in different countries. I will be able to use what I learned on this trip in my career as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with deaf and hard-of-hearing children.
