My Travel Story

I am writing to you today with the sincere hope that you will take a few moments to listen to my story. My name is Gerald Benisti , I am 58 years old, and for almost a year now, I have been in a beautiful love story with an extraordinary woman in the Philippines. Her name is joan bustamante,she is 31 years old, she has 4 kids and despite life’s hardships, she has brought me a happiness I never thought possible at this stage of my life.

But today, this dream is at risk.

I lost my job and my financial resources, and I can no longer afford to make our dream life together a reality. She comes from a very poor family: 13 siblings, all living under the same roof, along with their children and grandchildren. In total, they are at least 25 people crammed into a small house, surviving day by day with whatever little they have. And yet, she has never stopped being a strong, generous, and loving woman.

My dream is simple: to join her in the Philippines, open a small store (a sari sari Store”), and provide for ourselves so we can build a life together. I am not looking for wealth, only the opportunity to live with the woman I love and to create a better future for her family.

I have everything planned out: a local business that would allow me to be independent and to support my partner and her children. But without the financial means to travel there and start this project, I am stuck. That is why I am reaching out to you—those who have been fortunate enough to succeed and who may feel moved to give a helping hand to someone who only needs a chance to change his destiny.

I am not asking you to hand me a life on a silver platter—only a chance. A chance to prove that love and determination can overcome hardships, a chance to bring happiness not only to myself but also to a family that struggles every day just to get by.

If you are in a position to help, even in a small way, your support would make all the difference. I am ready to keep you updated on every step of this journey, to share with you the progress of this dream that could finally come true thanks to your generosity.
