Through education and practical internships in India, we can answer the question of what permaculture is and where you can start to make a real difference. Interns undertake training and implementation of permaculture design projects. You will learn practical and effective skills for working on poor rural farms in foreign environments, becoming proficient in Permaculture International Aid. Poor rural farmers will benefit from life-changing, self-maintained improvements to their farms and villages.
When defining permaculture, remember it’s derivation: “Permanent Culture.” At Living Ecology, you’re learning to reciprocate many of nature’s gifts by following her lead in self-sustaining farming projects. Here, your efforts are met with humble gratitude for the lasting results that they produce in the communities they serve, and in your life.
