My Travel Story

Boon Lott's Elephant Sanctuary (BLES) was founded in 2005 to help rescue abused elephants throughout Thailand. As a college student pursuing a degree in Animal Science, I would like nothing more than this unique opportunity to go and experience, first hand, the kind of difference I can make in an animal's life. I have already had the opportunities to volunteer local in animal shelters, work in veterinary hospitals, and intern under some amazing veterinary doctors. Now I want to take my experiences and expand not only my knowledge, but also my future possibilities. The money raised for this campaign will go directly to BLES, which in turn will benefit the lives of so many Elephants that need this organization to continue its mission.
