I am a community college student out of Sacramento, CA. I am president of our Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society chapter, through which I help other students and our community both locally and globally. I am a research assistant, as well as the Principal Investigator for Psi Beta, our Psychology Honors Society. This is my last year of community college before transfer. I intend to attend a 4-year college to earn my BA, after which I will attend graduate school. My goal is to enter a career in Educational Policy and focus on nutrition, poverty, and closing the achievement gap. In my off time, I often perform as a singer and dancer, and I love silly movies.
