Alesia is a bachelor candidate at California State University, Los Angeles pursuing degrees in Pan-African Studies and Political Science. She traveled to Ghana in the Fall of 2017 and returned in the Summer of 2018. She is currently seeking domestic and international internships that would allow her to witness government/politics or social justice community work in other countries so that she can help build equitable communities in her home state of California. She loves to travel, watch British crime shows, and try new foods!
