Hello, I am a Black queer artist from Louisville, Kentucky. Currently I am exploring a desired career path in community building, as a Youth Recreational Programs Specialist at The Cabbage Patch Settlement House. My passion lies in understanding how social structures come into play in each of our lives. As a freelance, mixed media artist, with interest in the community. My passions have begun to reach past the bounds of the United States. Currently, my location of interest is Japan. In the future I wish to relocate and work in Japan's arts and culture institutions. In my academic experience, I have garnered ample interest in Japan's historical art and cultures. Beginning with a language school, then following with an art residency, I believe it's a great way to start!
