About Me

I am a mother of four beautiful daughters ages 15, 14, 13, and 11, and a 15 year U.S. Marine Corps and Army Airborne Combat Veteran. Toured the USA teaching America's youth how to apply principles of leadership to solve community problems or capitalize on opportunities using STEAM as a team. Instructed an Intellectual Property workshop to provide the youth with resources using USPTO to turn ideas into action and obtain ownership of said invention/innovation. Also, a Hub Organizer, a certified individual, that leads local promotion, support and event organization efforts for one or all of Ten80’s K-12 programs. Also, generated funding that supports the initiative, to connect to a K-12 pipeline of students, to expand youth access to a program certified by Change the Equation as both Exemplary and Scalable. Planned, proposed, and implemented programs for emerging populations that address their specific needs and enhance student learning. Research communities across over 40 cities in the USA, and develop a curricula to effectively deliver training based on trends and studies. Adaptability to make sound decisions under pressure. Work closely with community leaders, schools, counselors, and non-profit programs to stimulate growth, innovation, and a sense of community as a team. I am Transformational leader that applies management concepts within a changing environment. Fifteen years of demonstrated skills to distinguish between the foundations of planning, and decision making. My global experience and diversity awareness enables me to be a part of any team and galvanize towards greatness.
