I'm a Mixed Race Japanese American and a solo parent by choice. I have always been interested in Japanese and Japanese American culture and history. I've been fortunate to study, teach, and travel in Japan. I'm so excited to take Kiyoshi on his first trip to Japan to celebrate his wellbeing at age 5.
