I’m an aspiring coach, in the sport of football (soccer). I work with talented players that are from low income households. I believe everyone that is a coach or mentor in some capacity, is a pillar/ leader in their community. As a coach, our job is to help develop youth players. Help their parents; by keeping their children busy with meaningful activities and drills to enhance their ability in the sport. This is one of the ways we as coaches help to keep children busy and out of trouble.
