About Me
Hi, I’m Angela Lapasi Ketente from Kenya. I grew up in a pastoralist Maasai community where I witnessed firsthand the struggles women and children face especially around education, gender inequality, FGM, and early marriage. For over 10 years, I’ve led grassroots programs, coordinated community development projects, and advocated for change. I hold an MBA in Project Planning and a BA in Development Studies, and I now have a chance to pursue a Master’s in Social Work in the United Kingdom. This program will equip me to influence policy, expand my impact, and fight for the rights of marginalized populations across Kenya. I’ve seen what’s possible when women are empowered and I’m determined to help build a future where every girl and child has a voice and a chance. Your support will help me make that vision a reality. Every donation brings us one step closer to systemic change and lasting impact. Thank you for believing in my mission.
