Hi, my name is Ashley Macvicar. In 2016 I graduated from Lakehead University with a degree in psychology . I plan on continuing my education by attending Fanshawe College in their Child and Youth Worker program. I love learning about the way the human brain works as well as why people do the things they do. 1 in 5 canadians suffer from a mental illness and there is a stigma surrounding it. I want to be a part of the solution in breaking this stigma. I have a passion for learning and wanting to help people. I cant wait to start my life and all the opportunities waiting.
