About Me

Hi, my name is Ashley, and I’m 10 years old. I love gymnastics—not because I can do it myself, but because I love watching the way gymnasts move, flip, and fly. When I watch them, I can imagine myself being one of them, soaring through the air with strength and grace. I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer, and though my body can no longer move the way it used to, my dreams are still alive. My biggest wish is to travel to the USA and watch a live gymnastics competition, to see the magic unfold right in front of me. I know my time is limited, but every moment I spend dreaming, imagining, and feeling inspired is a moment that makes me happy. Gymnastics may not be something I can do, but in my heart, I’ll always feel like I’m right there on the floor, spinning, flipping, and flying.
