I am a self-taught college counselor from Kazakhstan. I guide and support my students through the university application process. I am new to college counseling, but my passion for working in the education sector can be traced back to my pre-professional days when I volunteered as a tutor at a state school for four years. At that time, 2003-2007, I was studying at the university and I dedicated my student life to school children. I have been on an educational path thus far. The reason? I just want students to find their ways and be happy. Outside work, I am committed to reading and educating my 4-year-old daughter through quality time we spend together with whether reading fairytales or playing games. I am always looking to enrich my parenting skills through the seminars I attend and the articles I read. In the near future, I am planning to do a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education.
