my name is Benjamin McDonald and I'm a photographer based in Houston, TX. From simplistic and routine to turbulent and chaotic, I aim to capture the moments that exemplify the human experience. I use my camera and a focused lens to provoke thought, stimulate discussions, and to elicit an emotional response. for me, photography is deeper than pressing a button. I'm at my best when I'm immersed in my surroundings, acquiring new perspectives, and connecting with others. I am committed to a high standard - none of my photos are digitally altered except for as described below: I occasionally apply minor adjustments to photos including cropping, dodging/burning, and conversion into grayscale.
