About Me

I am a dedicated law enforcement professional with 27 years of service, including the last 8 years as an elected Chief of Police. Throughout my career, I have committed myself to serving and protecting my community with integrity, fairness, and a firm belief in justice. My time in law enforcement gave me deep insights into the legal and judicial systems, but it wasn’t until after I retired from my full-time career that I discovered a profound truth about the country we live in and the laws that truly govern us. In my post-retirement journey, I embarked on a path of discovery and reflection, seeking to understand the fundamental laws and principles upon which our nation was built. This led me to uncover the truth about America’s organic laws, which were handed down to us by God and are rooted in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. These laws affirm that every American citizen is sovereign, self-governed, and endowed with unalienable rights—principles that I have come to realize are often overshadowed by modern legal systems. I learned that admiralty and maritime law, systems traditionally designed for commerce and the seas, are not meant to govern the lives of living people. These systems, often imposed upon citizens unknowingly, stand in stark contrast to the organic laws that recognize our sovereignty and freedoms. My mission now is to share this knowledge with law enforcement officers across the country, helping them understand the true foundation of our legal system and the rights of the people they serve. By educating police officers and sheriffs on constitutional principles, I aim to restore the proper understanding of "No Victim, No Crime" and remind them of the true laws that uphold our nation’s freedoms. This newfound purpose fuels my passion for change and drives me to ensure that law enforcement across America is equipped with the knowledge to protect the rights and sovereignty of every citizen, as originally intended by our founding fathers. In this next chapter of my life, I am dedicated to traveling the country to share these critical insights with my fellow officers, empowering them to serve as protectors of the people’s rights and defenders of the true law of the land.
