Hey guys, I am a blue collar worker who has been working hard to visit my wife in Indonesia where she is teaching English. I am in the states holding down the fort (our apartment). We are a young married couple and we never had a honeymoon. So we would like to relax in a nice hotel and just enjoy each other's company and eat good food! I am a big wine lover and I make 30 gallons of wine each year. It's a recipe that was handed down to me by an older Italian neighbor. It's like a light red wine and it is fantastic.
