About Me
I am a 59-year-old mother of six, a widow, and a small business owner currently working hard to provide for my family. Born and raised in Jinja, Uganda, my early years were shaped by a close-knit community, strong family values, and a deep appreciation for resilience and hard work. After the passing of my husband, I took on the responsibility of raising our children and ensuring they had a stable foundation despite life's many challenges. Over the years, I have worn many hats—caregiver, provider, mentor, and now entrepreneur. I currently run a small shop that serves the daily needs of my local community. Though the business is modest, it is the result of persistence, prayer, and a strong desire to remain independent and resourceful. The shop is more than just a livelihood—it is a symbol of my determination to keep moving forward, even when the road has not always been easy. Family remains at the heart of everything I do. As a mother, I take great pride in seeing my children grow into responsible, caring individuals. Each one of them carries a piece of my journey, and I strive to continue being their source of support and wisdom. Through all of life’s seasons, I have learned the power of faith, humility, and kindness. I believe that even in struggle, we find purpose. And as I look ahead, I remain hopeful, grounded, and grateful for the strength I’ve been given—and the life I continue to build each day.
