About Me
Hello everyone! For those of you not to familiar with who I am, I will give you a short autobiography on me, Charlotte Jeanne! I’m a bay area native. I was born in San Francisco and have lived in different cities around the bay for my entire life. In 2010, I moved to Orange County for five years to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in History. During my time in college, I studied abroad in Sweden for a year and my lust for travel really began from this experience! Just recently, I graduated from San Francisco State University with my teaching credential! I am currently working as a substitute teacher in the area as well as an after school recreation leader and Enrichment Specialist. It is truly my educational background that has sparked a desire in me to travel abroad again but instead of studying abroad like last time, I want to actually use my skills to teach in a classroom this time. My greatest loves in life are family, friends, teaching, laughing, traveling, swimming, Disney, eating delicious food & sweets, hiking, cooking/baking, reading good books, watching movies and exploring San Francisco/Norcal in general. I love to work with today's youth and teach them about all the wonderful (and not so wonderful) historical experiences in America and the world! I believe firmly in the quote, "Be the change you wish to see in the world." It is Gandhi's words that guide my everyday life and propel me forward into a lifetime career of education. Basically, all I want to do is teach, travel and eat delicious foods from around the world.
