Hello! I'm Corey Jones, a passionate musician with a dream of immersing myself in Japan's rich musical culture. With over 25 years of experience playing violin, piano, guitar, and over a dozen other instruments, I've cultivated a deep love for creating and performing music. My journey has led me from local venues to collaborations with various artists, each experience fueling my desire to expand my musical horizons. Japan has long captivated me with its unique blend of traditional arts and cutting-edge music scene. I'm thrilled to announce that I've been accepted to SAMU Language School in Shinjuku, Tokyo, where I'll begin an 18-month intensive Japanese language program in October 2024. Following this, I plan to pursue a degree in Musical Composition at the Tokyo School of Music. This journey isn't just about personal growth; it's about cultural exchange through the universal language of music.
