About Me

My name is Danielle Jennings and I'm a 25-year-old recent graduate from Northwestern University's Public Policy and Administration program. Throughout my studies, I developed a strong passion for health policy and exploring sustainable solutions to societal challenges. As part of my accelerated degree, I focused heavily on issues surrounding healthcare access, affordability, and equity. My capstone project analyzed the real-world impacts of the Dobbs v. Jackson Supreme Court decision, which overturned Roe v. Wade. This experience deepened my commitment to advocating for reproductive health rights and expanding equitable care for all. Beyond the classroom, I've also been actively involved in local community initiatives aimed at improving nutrition and physical activity access in underserved neighborhoods. I believe that sustainable, holistic approaches to public health are key to creating lasting positive change. In my free time, I enjoy staying active through yoga , reading thought-provoking non-fiction, and exploring new cuisines and cultures. Travel has always been a dream of mine, and I'm excited for the opportunity to experience the vibrant and eco-conscious town of Tulum. This trip to celebrate my academic accomplishments and 26th birthday would be an incredibly meaningful milestone for me. I'm grateful for any support that can help make this adventure a reality.
