A survivor of Divorce, a Life Changing Private Incident and Fight to Save my Home with my 81 Year Old mom living with me, I'm a Realtor. I'm a Dream Maker and Conduit for Generational Wealth. All this began when I was helping my, now deceased, dear friend pass the state board in Florida. She had Corticobasal Degenerative Disease and was slowly dying while loosing brain mass. I joined her in real estate school and we passed the board together. I believed CRE would be my Plan-B Post Retirement. I was downsized and found myself wholly dependent on my CRE Income. I've ridden the ups and downs and am gaining momentum with amazing new clients. Thus my problem. I'm Blessed to sell inventory in a new project of Punta Cana in The Dominican Republic. A client phoned that she needs me to meet her there on the 17th and I don't have room on my Credit Card or the monies saved to do so until my closing in August. I need to meet her, close the deal and get the sale. Flying, hotel accommodations and food for that mater are a concern and I need a Ram-N-The Bush. It would be a Blessing to have someone sponsor this July 17 - July 19th trip. I'm humbling exposing this vulnerability in the hopes that either a Cash Deal will be made this week for one of my listings or a very, very philanthropic future investor will sponsor me.
