About Me

I was born in Liberia. In my mid teens my family moved to the Netherlands where I lived for 33 years. My background is Business Administration. After years of working in the corporate world, I transitioned to the humanitarian sector in Liberia in 2009. I served as the Program Manager for Zoa, a Dutch non-profit organization, after which I became the chairperson of the Christian Association for Regional Development (CARD), playing a vital role in propagating quality education, I and my team organized fundraising events in Europe, where proceeds were used to battle Ebola. CARD Europe also opened two computer-free schools for young adults in Liberia and Sierra Leone under its program tagged “Promoting Literacy”. In 2020, I started a non profit organisation called Seeding Africa, where our focus is to promote, advocate and implement organic farming and multiplication of organic seeds in rural communities in Africa. www.seedingafrica.org Am currently, from a personal perspective interested in promoting planting of carbon storage trees across Africa. I have just been awarded the title of Ambassador for Go Green Kenya where I visited and we planted together trees in Nairobi. I would like to travel to other countries and continue tree planting as I find it vital to our survival on our planet. I am an outgoing, straightforward, down to earth person that would give her last dime for a cause or someone in need.
