I'm excited to share some incredible news with you. After a series of rigorous tryouts and interviews, I have been selected as one of the 12 players to represent Team USA in the Dominican Republic as a softball ambassador. This is a huge honor and a unique opportunity for me, and I'd like to talk to you about how you can be a part of this journey. I'm a senior in high school and have been playing softball for as long as I can remember. This sport has not only shaped my character but has also opened doors to incredible experiences. Being chosen to represent our country is a dream come true and a testament to the hard work and dedication I've put into honing my skills on and off the field. This trip to the Dominican Republic is more than just a softball tournament for me. It's a chance for me to showcase my abilities to college scouts, as I aspire to continue playing softball at the collegiate level. It's an opportunity to engage in cultural exchange and bring the joy of softball to areas of the world that may not have the same resources or opportunities. We will spend a good portion of our trip handing out gloves, socks, equipement,, children's books in Spanish, and other basic needs to outer regions that are not as fortunate as you and me. By being a part of this journey, you're contributing to spreading the values of teamwork, discipline, education, community, and sportsmanship across borders.
