Mr. Fredrick Musisi Lutaakome (65) is a Ugandan has Intl. Diploma in Mgt of Agri Cooperatives. (Turin – Italy), Accountancy profession (IAA London.) and management studies of Post Graduate Cert Mgt. (UMI Kla.). He is a Government Liaison at the District Local governance representing Senior Citizens He is responsible for development of the Cooperatives movement Network in the country Uganda and older persons lobbying and advocacy at Nakaseke District Older persons Council as chairman of the council He likes people especially older persons live income secure lives thus in active ageing with dignity. Having found Uganda not in the drop line for home of origin in the system I opted Kenya a neighboring country in the East African Region.
