My name is Iris. I’m a low-income, first-generation college student who loves to learn and explore new ideas. I’m passionate about media, communication, and storytelling, and I hope to use my education to create work that connects people and cultures. I’ve never been out of the country, but I’ve always dreamed of seeing the world. I want to experience new places, learn from different cultures, and bring those perspectives back to my community. Studying abroad in Greece would be my first opportunity to do that, and it would mean so much to me.
