ISHIMWE NDENGEYE Jean Paul is a native of Kigali City (RWANDA) and has lived in Rwanda, Burundi and Uganda. Since 2015, Jean Paul has been working with a travel agency and has acquired some entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. He has been part of the scouting program too at the Boy Scouts of Rwanda in Kigali. His bi-cultural background and focus on community empowerment and development has led him to this particular volunteer opportunity in Sierra Leone.
