A little about me.. I am a parent! To a cute and funny 8 year old! I am also very creative and I love to give back to the community through my skills and talents. I work at a mental health support service where I design and deliver community spaces and programs. I am a storyteller, and I create my own productions in dance theatre, dance and physical storytelling. I am also a writer. Storytelling is definitely my love language. I also work with somatics, and I use my creative skills to facilitate workshops and spaces that explore healing and wellbeing through story, self-expression and cultural expression. I absolutely love nature and am always sitting by the river near the trees daydreaming and connecting back to myself. I love collecting things, and my house is filled with colour, books, trinkets, plants and shells. I have a lot of ambitions in my life, and one is to eventually create a Dance Theatre Company, and the other is to create my own healing and wellbeing community space. Im very very enthusiastic about being alive, even when I'm going through seemingly impossible challenges, I know it is a part of the ebbs and flows of how we grow and discover. I also am really eager to keep building a community of caring, loving and supportive humans who are interested in creating a more compassionate world.
