I am a freelance consultant in the food and beverage industry. I also work with or volunteer with numerous entertainment organizations, such as Austin City Limits and SXSW, to name two major ones. I enjoy travel both as a mental and spiritual enrichment process, and as an ongoing learning experience. UNESCO has long since fascinated me, and that is what led me to start this campaign.
