I am Jess, a 4th year medical student here in the UK! I have a special interest in maternity and paediatric health and am passionate about delivering the same level of care to patients despite where they live and their income. This project is something outside my comfort zone and something I am really excited to be involved with. It is a great opportunity to see how the healthcare system works in a lower-income country and be hands-on. It will also be amazing to first handedly make a difference to these people's lives.
