Male 28, very independent, high school grad. cat lover/animal lover, gamer. I'm Jesse and I've been living in Portland OR struggling to get by. Property taxes keep just going up and up making cost of rent in my area crazy high. I've always lived on my own since living home at 18. Most of my family died long before I was born, mom ditched dad and me around 8 month of age. Uncle died a few years ago, just dad left. He's 68, and a Vietnam vet. He's in a good home now. So it's really just me. I've always stayed out of trouble, and away from parties just being your Joe Blow working a 9-5. I'm very much not happy with my life. It's not terrible, but it's not what I want for myself. So I'm trying to travel and am looking for donations. Most of my savings went out the window when Covid-19 happened. Got reduced hours but not laid off so couldn't collect unemployment and the stimulus checks went to trying to stay afloat. Quit my job sold almost everything I owned and scraped together what I could to get my Van. Now I'm close to hopefully finding something better.
