About Me
I recently obtained my Doctorate in Education Leadership from William Carey University. I believe that education is the key to success. As a 10 year K-12 educator, I empower students to discover their inner strengths and abilities and ascertaining what truly motivates them. I aim to impart a stimulating learning environment that encourages students to trust their own opinions while strengthening credence for students to perceive their full potential. Furthermore, I have a strong commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. I am an avid reader of scholarly articles and attend conferences and workshops to stay updated with the latest developments in the field. I believe that staying current with research and incorporating it into the classroom is crucial for fostering a dynamic learning environment.
