I am a Child of GOD, World Changer, Hope Giver, but most of all Veteran, Mother, Wife, Domestic Engineer, Friend, Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, Multiply Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor wanting to help others transition their lives through internal and external transformation. My favorite slogan is: “A bundle of Love, a dash of Grace, and a sprinkle of Food for Thought, makes You Health-some in Spirit and Soul” by Karen Menz I served our country while in the Army National Guard for 24 years. Twenty-one of those years I was blessed to be an Active Duty Army National Guard Liaison. During this time frame I was a single parent to my beautiful daughter Amanda. I graduated with an Associates, Bachelorette, and a master’s degree in Counseling. I am a certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach/Life. Small Group Leader with our Turning Point Church, and I am a wife to the love of my life Paul Menz. Both my husband Paul and I have an on-line business website, and a small business called, “Healing Rise Up Solutions, LLC, our on-line presence is Healingriseupatlanta.com”. We desired to create a business to help others become proactive to their health instead of reactive. The reason why, is we personally struggled with our own health and wellness. We learned the hard way but found tools in the toolbox and desired to share our stories to the world to open doors of possibilities of Lifestyle change. “The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and with my song I praise Him.” – Psalm 28: I am an author of, “Enjoying Life Against all Odds, As A Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor”. In our book, I am humbled myself to reveal my true self as a TBI survivor to my fellow Survivors, Caregivers as well as anyone who has need. Our mission is to help those who desire to receive our help. Growing, learning, walking the walk never dies if Your heart is open to the experience. Flourishing in my elder years is where I am able to share. Are You ready to walk along side me? Experience first hand the roads, the archecticture, making the scriptures in the Bible come alive. On Our journey together, I will make videos and post them when able. You will awaken to the slumberness of just reading and imagining. Visual, and hands on will open your imagination of the truth of God's word. Is it real? Or is it not? Together "We will find out." Choosing Israel is due to my analyzing mind set. I read scripture everyday. I feel the presence of the Holy Spirit teaching me, leading me, helping me help others. The real underlined question is learning by actually experiencing.
