I grew up barefoot and blissful in my backyard in Kentucky where my inspiration for art-making was born and flourished. I began my career painting rocks and elaborately decorating cardboard cat houses, and continued by scuffling through my parents' art supplies and painting masterpieces on old t-shirts. Ever since I have obsessively searched for any means to be creative and to create. I graduated from Western Kentucky University in December of 2012 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting, a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design, and a minor in art history. Now I am pursuing a Master of Fine Arts degree in studio art with a concentration in painting at the University of South Florida.
