A fresh 24-year-old HK girl who is eager to explore the world. Travelling overseas, especially out of Asia, seems to be extravagant dream for most of the young working newbies in HK. It's not hard to guess why. We have rather low salary yet crazy working hours (/days?) in this city comparing with people in other countries. The lack of travelling budgets and annual leave makes long travelling impossible for us. In 2016, I finally stepped out of my comfort zone, making my first and several other solo trips to different places in Asia. Meeting more people around the globe during trips in the past year, I am deeply inspired to think even more boldly about the alternatives of making a single meaningful, long solo trip in the coming year, to achieve things which I haven't done in my entire life. Making a month out of work may seem a huge sacrifice to buddies at the same age in my town, stepping out to know more about this world is totally worth this sacrifice in my opinion. -Resolution for my 24: travel to make a little change in the surroundings, to widen my horizon, to meet more people around the globe in 2017-
