I'm a mom of 4 boys, and homeschool teacher to 3 of them (the oldest just graduated!). I love giving my boys practical knowledge and hands-on experience, that will help them beyond what books and worksheets can. They are growing up so fast, and this opportunity that came up, is too good to pass up, but we cannot afford it on our own. I looked online for practical ways we could raise funds. One of those is to hold a yard sale, so we plan to do that, but realistically, that will not be enough to raise what we need for this trip. Another idea was crowd-funding, so I'm giving it a try!
