I am a 46-year-old disabled woman living in Kansas. in October 2021 I had to have my teeth removed and in November 2023. I was gifted a new smile. Because of the severe bone loss due to genetics, my disability, and the medication I take for my disability….. I lost all of my upper jaw bone. I do not qualify for dentures because there’s nothing to hold it to. This is where dental implants come in because they have a specialized procedure for people like me called zygomatic dental implants. Where the implant goes into the cheekbone. This is really a life-changing for me. Because of my extreme lack of confidence, I do not leave my house anymore. Having the surgery will change my life. It will allow me to be more social. it will allow me to feel good about myself again. I just need the funds to travel from Kansas to Pennsylvania to receive the surgery
