About Me
Hi! My name is Liz, (great to meet you!) and I am a teacher in San Francisco, CA. I work in two respects as a teacher, both as a private music instructor at a small studio called Village Music, and as a Creative Arts Instructor at a school for middle school children with Learning Disabilities. I absolutely love art and music, and think it is truly important that we take time to keep them in our children's' lives! On top of being a musician, I also LOVE to work in theater - comedy specifically - and try to find every excuse possible to work my music into it. I received a BA in Playwriting from San Francisco State University, and have since produced and directed more than 5 different variety shows with artists from all over the Bay Area under my company, Walnut Productions (though our website is under construction!) Additionally, I have had the privilege to use my music comedically, playing improvised accompaniment for several improv teams throughout the Bay, and music for theater festivals, including FemFest and the San Francisco Fringe Festival. I enjoy learning more than anything, and like to take every opportunity to exchange skills and knowledge with others :)
