Currently my goal is to attend veterinary School in 2022 and I want to immerse myself in the work before-hand to get a real understanding of what to expect. Past Work Experience: SALES ASSOCIATE/THE SHOE BOX February 2017-Current My responsibilities include anything and everything that needs to be done around the store, to ensure the happiness of the customers, as well as to maintain overall store upkeep. I will go above and beyond in customer service, as is the standard at The Shoe Box. RECEPTIONIST/THE POWERMILL TRAINING ACADEMY May 2019-Current I am the receptionist at The Powermill Training Academy, I am the first face you see when you walk through the door, and never fail to greet each and every person with a smile. I am in charge of the overall scheduling of baseball lessons, as well as answering phone calls, and taking payments. It is my responsibility to ensure cleanliness of the facility and to help keep everything running smoothly. CASHIER/HUNGRY HOWIES October 2015-January 2017 My job at Hungry Howies was to collect money for orders, and to greet and interact with customers when they came through door. I also answered phone calls for online orders as well as cleaned the front of the store and restrooms. One other task was to go through and organize freezers and other cabinets within the store. LIFEGAURD/THE CITY OF TALLAHSSEE March 2016-January 2017 My job as a lifeguard was to interact with people up-close and personal, while being able to maintain a respectable distance to ensure their safety at all times. This job taught me how to deal with real life emergency situations as well as conflict. LIFEGUARD/WAKULLA SPRINGS May 2016-August 2016 Working at Wakulla Springs as a lifeguard was uniquely different than any job, I have ever held due to the wildlife. I was constantly surrounded and up-close to amazing wildlife, that many people have never had the privilege to witness up-close and personal. I really believe this short summer job gave me a real understanding and appreciation for all the local wildlife in area, as well as showed me to respect people, such as park rangers, who protect those animals and our ecosystem. SOCCER REFEREE/MEDART RECREATIONAL PARK October 2014-Febuary 2017 Working as a referee pushed me to learn to deal with people in a way, I had not experienced at the age of 14. I had no experience dealing with conflict at the time, but having people get angry at calls I made in a game or just simple stuff taught me a lot. It also made me appreciate working inside in the winter.
