Hello ! My name is Maylis (31) I've been a full time pet sitter for the last 9 years, in France, Switzerland, Portugal, England, Australia and New Zealand. This year we will extend that list to California and Costa Rica :) My husband, Nick (26) is a pet sitter since the last 4 years and a musician. We've met in 2009 while volunteering in the Amazon in Peru, for an ecological natural reserve. We both do pet sitting together or separately when we are not in the same country.. We have no house, no car.. just our backpacks and a guitar haha We just keep on traveling, going from a pet sit to the other :) Every few years we pay ourselves a Eco-Volunteering work, with or without a diploma in the end.. Which we hope to increase with time :) This the most effective way we've found to always work with animals and to participate in Wildlife protection projects and to travel all around the World. In the end we will have a lot of experience in the field and I will have passed lots of exams for a Wildlife career :) Eventually, we want to open a rescue center with reintroduction, conservation and research program somewhere in the jungle :)
