Hello! Welcome to my Fund My Travel profile. My name is Margaret (Meg) Johnston and I am starting a campaign to help fund my travel overseas through the Study Abroad Office at my University. My major is an Individualized Study major for my Bachelors of Arts and my concentrations are Business and Tourism. The academic course I would take on a study abroad trip would be a course related to Business and Tourism or both. I'm finishing my BA degree a bit later in life, I am 31 years old and have returned to the four year University where I left years ago to finish my degree. I don't just take classes but I also work part time in the Study Abroad Office at my University. At the moment for an overseas trip I'm being flexible because it basically boils down to how much money I can raise. I've been looking at different locations in Europe as well as Japan, and Australia. I would love to do an internship at some point, but for now since I need to be able to afford the trip out of pocket I'm looking at a Winter 2019 program because those trips are shorter and cheaper. Besides saving pennies I thought I would start a crowdfunding page to see if I could raise anything.
