Hello. Thank you for visiting my page. I am a 18 years old girl with an ambition to study abroad. Except studying abroad my goal is also to help people and save lives. It’s quite hard for now as I don’t have tertiary education and I don’t have enough money to help, but the little knowledge I have does help. I help maths and science students who don’t afford a tutor, since I can tutor the subjects even though my passion is not teaching, but being a scientist. I have decided to take a gap year to raise funds for my studies abroad, by also tutoring primary and high school student maths and science, freelancing and doing online surveys. I have also started applying for study abroad scholarships. In September of this year I will be enrolling for a Biological and Chemical Sciences degree for three years. It is harder as my dad is the only bread winner as a mechanic and nothing more brings money. Later I started doing researches on how to fund my studies abroad and that’s where I found study abroad scholarships. Even though I have a way of funding my studies, travelling is an issue since I don’t have enough money to do my visa, buy a plane ticket, Pay University and accommodation deposit and also pay health insurance. It’s quite hard since all the scholarships I have applied for grant the scholarships quite late and most are partial scholarships. The money I am trying to raise by tutoring and the loan my dad qualifies won’t be enough since the deposit is 4000 pounds. I am asking for fundraising for my travel. It will be a big dream of mine that ever came true in my life to study abroad. I will also be the first person in my family to travel abroad and on top of that travel with a plane. It will be more than a gift for me to get a chance to study abroad. I would appreciate getting funding to reach my goal for studying abroad. That will also be one of the things that I would like to include in my book that I am currently writing. It’s a book about my goals that I want to achieve and one of the chapters will be my study abroad experience. I am just a step away from reaching my goal and if I get enough money for my travel, this will give me a chance to get a degree. In my country I know if I get a studied abroad degree I will get a great chance of getting employment. Meaning I will get my family out of poverty and make my siblings’ life better and give them a life every child would want to live. This degree will also give me a chance to save lives through researches and help sorphans as donations that I give won’t be my old clothes and some of the canned food that I can put my hands on at home, but also I will be getting payment making it possible to give something big. Getting an offer from university was more than a gift and knowing that funding is possible for a study abroad that makes my life worthy after all my struggles.
