I am a 26 year old working professional, attempting to start my own business while juggling the responsibilities of an immigrant daughter, trying to take care of her mother. I am engaged to a chef and we are looking to start our own restaurant soon. He is from Vietnam and creates French food. We have a great appreciation for the outdoors and any time that can be spent outside, will be spent there.
