Natifa Alexander Romero was born September 27 1982. She was raised in Belmont, Trinidad, W.I., where she attended Melville Memorial Girls’ Primary School and later St. Francois Girls’ College. While at St Francois College, she found was interested in art and business, studied and later pursued a Diploma in Business Management at UWI Open Campus. She holds certificates in various disciplines. Mrs Alexander Romero has been an active part of the fashion industry of Trinidad and Tobago over the last several years in different capacities as a model, agent, assistant coordinator, producer and trainer. Her passion for modelling led her to Caribbean Models Modelling Agency at age 17, where she got her first taste of the professional industry. She later launched TriniBeauties Modelling Agency, which progressed to Caribe' Fashion Specialist or CFS. CFS started as a model agency and later broadened its service listing to include a training school and fashion event planning & consultation business. CFS’s core belief Her work in the Modelling industry led to the Launch of her NGO in 2017, the Modelling Association of Trinidad and Tobago. The association's focus is on implementing projects and programs to develop the local modelling Industry, giving local models the infrastructure, education and opportunities to have fulfilling careers. Apart from her career, Natifa is a mother of 2 boys, ages 20 and 13 years, and the wife of Soca Cardio CEO and Dancer Kwasi Romero.
