About Me

About Me I am the founder of PEWA CARE HUMANITARIAN, a nonprofit organization committed to improving the lives of women and children in rural Namibia. My passion for making a difference in underserved communities drives me to empower those who are often overlooked. I have always been dedicated to creating sustainable change, especially for those facing challenges like period poverty, limited access to education, and a lack of mental health support. As I continue this journey, I am eager to expand my skills in nonprofit management, leadership, and fundraising to ensure that PEWA CARE can grow and have a lasting impact. That’s why I’m seeking support to further my education through a 3-month internship focused on nonprofit operations. This internship will give me the tools to better manage and grow PEWA CARE, allowing me to dedicate myself fully to our mission starting next year. Beyond gaining critical skills, I am passionate about addressing the needs of women and children in rural areas—many of whom struggle with basic necessities like electricity and access to healthcare. I believe in the power of community and am committed to creating job opportunities for unemployed mothers, training them to produce reusable pads to combat period poverty while empowering them economically. With your support, I can continue to build PEWA CARE into an organization that brings meaningful change to Namibia. Every donation is an investment in the future of these communities, and I am grateful to have you as part of this journey.
